County Junior Matchplay
Our sincere congratulations to Isaac Jones, winning the County Junior Matchplay.
In very windy conditions against strong opposition, Isaac battled his way through the first 2 rounds, winning 2 & 1 and 7 & 6 respectively.
In the semi final, Isaac clawed his way back from being 3 down early in his match, winning on the 18th hole by sinking a tricky 20ft putt.
In a fiercely contested final, Isaac birdied the 17th hole to go 1 up before a par on the last saw him win the trophy.
