CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
36 HOLE MEDAL – SATURDAY 19th & SUNDAY 20th SEPTEMBER 2020
A fantastic couple of days golf, with some excellent scoring on a course set up in perfect order.
Congratulations to Andy Humphreys on winning the Saturday Nett and Joel Whitehouse for winning both Sunday Nett and Overall Nett to be crowned Nett Club Champion for 2020
In the Scratch event, it was nip and tuck all the way and in the end any one of 4 players could have won it as they distanced themselves from the field, finishing 8 shots clear of 5th place.
The play off saw 4 of our Hargrove Team (Simon Probert, Paul Huggett, Dave Probert & Mike Jones) going out for a four hole play off. Defending Champion Simon Probert, came out victorious following pars at 8,9,10 and finally 11, where he claimed the win and retained his title as Club Champion.
Well played all.
Special mention to Barny and all his staff for delivering the course in such fantastic condition.
